South Blount County Utility District announces the start date of the Louisville Road, Light Pink Road and Cox Road Project. This is a project that is well needed for the area; it will help to improve the hydraulics in this area for the upcoming years and the addition of needed fire hydrants.
Finchum Construction will be the contractor for this 12,000 foot project that will consist of 8" and 6" water line. The start date will be middle of June with a completion of 150 days. Customers that will be affected in the area due to construction on the ride of ways are: The area of Louisville Road from 3221 Louisville Road (bridge at lake) to the intersection of Light Pink & Louisville Road, Light Pink intersection of Louisville Road to 3715 Light Pink and all of Cox Road.
