HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Announcements & Awards

In an effort to keep our customers more informed, we have started utilizing an outage map on our homepage of the website. We have started using this map and will also continue to send calls and post on Facebook and Instagram when we are notified of an outage in advance and as time permits. There are instances, such as main line leaks, when we are unable to notify customers prior to the outage, but will update our map and social media pages once information becomes available.

Important Announcement!
We are currently in the process of updating our Utility Management System to CUSI. This new system will have benefits for both customers and utility employees. Customers who have multiple addresses with us will be able to receive a single invoice for all of the addresses. Payments made online will be posted to customer accounts immediately, rather than delayed as with the current manual process. This will help to avoid receiving emails stating a payment is due even when it has been paid. Stay tuned for more updates on this transition.
