WASTEWATER

South Blount County Utility District currently operates 5 decentralized wastewater systems in our utility district.   Decentralized wastewater systems include a wide range of individual and cluster treatment systems that process household and commercial sewage. Ronnie Hutsell, our Wastewater Specialist, holds a certification in Natural Systems and is a Grade II Wastewater Collection System Operator and a Grade II Distribution System Operator.
