Our Rates

Both commercial and residential customers follow the same Rate Schedule for our water service.

Our rate schedule is outlined below:
The customer charge is $19.17 plus tax per month, and all water will be billed at a rate of $6.36 plus tax per thousand gallons. Both homeowners and businesses pay a non-refundable $30.00 connection fee every time an account is opened. Rental customers must pay a non-refundable $100.00 connection fee every time an account is opened.
